PERSONAL LINES EXECUTIVE

 

As a Personal Lines Executive, your main responsibilities will include but are not necessarily be limited to, the following:
 

• Deliver telephone based support to our existing and new customers on all aspects of Personal Lines insurance

• Respond to customer queries relating to our products ( Home & Motor ) in a timely and efficient manner striving to exceed quality customer service

• Retain current customers within Home & Motor with renewing policies answering all queries on renewals and issuing renewals out to pre-existing clients

• Identify upsell opportunities

• Build rapport & relationship with our potential and existing customers 

• Focus on the achievement of challenging service levels with customer centricity crucial to all processes

 

Experience Required:
 

• RELAY experience is essential

• Minimum of 2 years insurance experience

• Excellent phone manner and communication skills

• Knowledge of Outlook & Excel

• APA qualified or working towards your APA qualification

• Ability to work on your own initiative & as part of a team

• Build rapport with customers

• Have an enthusiastic, professional and flexible approach to motivate
